1. Return Period

Customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with consumer protection regulations in force in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Return Eligibility Requirements

For a product to be eligible for return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.
• It must be shipped with all accessories, tags, and promotional products, if any.
• A proof of purchase must be provided. An order number or invoice is sufficient.

3. Products that Cannot Be Returned Due to Hygiene Reasons

For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the following products cannot be returned or refunded if their packaging has been opened or the product has been used:

• Duvet covers, sheets, and pillowcases
• Bedspreads and quilts
• Towels
• Bathrobes
• Bath mats and rugs

However, this limitation does not apply in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during transport, or incorrect product shipment.

These products are for personal use and are considered hygiene-sensitive items.

4. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send clear and understandable photos or videos as evidence.

After your request has been reviewed, an appropriate solution such as product exchange, replacement with a new one, or a refund will be offered in accordance with the applicable legislation.

5. Refund Process

Once the return request is approved and the returned items are received and inspected by us, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

When possible, refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a reason originating from our company, such as a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or incorrect product delivery, the return shipping fee will be covered by us, to the extent applicable.

For discretionary returns, such as a change of mind, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
